From start to finish, Buildhouse is engaged through a fully integrated home building process. We design, engineer, select systems, specifications and coordinate the turn-key completion of your prefab home.

We want to know all the details and exactly what you are dreaming of… location, aesthetic, size, budget, programming, timing, etc. At this time we’ll let you know what we can do for you, verbally walk you through next steps and then collectively, we’ll decide together if the project is a good fit.
Connect
After we have analyzed the potential project, talked over the details with you, including budget and timing, we will provide you with a Project Development and Pre-Construction Agreement. This is a paid agreement between you and Buildhouse. Our team puts in an extensive amount of time during this phase to take your project from idea to permit-ready-set to contract. At the end of this step, you will know what your home will look like, how much it will cost and when we can deliver.
Design
Now we are ready to sign a contract and get going on the production of your new home. We will continue to work with your General Contractor to coordinate both the site work and when the delivery of the modules will arrive to the site. As the modules are being produced in our factory, the site work will be happening simultaneously and then both will come together on the day of the home set. Buildhouse will continue to coordinate all finishing of the home with the local General Contractor through completion.
